Summary

Registered Home Manager – Autism| Up to £40,000



Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and compassionate Registered Home Manager to take the lead at a small, specialist residential service for adults with autism.



This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be instrumental in delivering outstanding, person-centred care. From building a positive team culture to ensuring regulatory excellence, you’ll shape a warm, supportive environment where every individual can thrive.



What We’re Looking For:



  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up

  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in residential care

  • Experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities

  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills

  • A calm, resilient approach and a commitment to inclusive, empowering support

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide strong, values-led leadership to a dedicated care team

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the residential home

  • Ensure the home meets and exceeds CQC standards and statutory regulations

  • Design and implement personalised care plans in partnership with residents and families

  • Promote physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing through quality support

  • Manage staff recruitment, supervision, training, and performance

  • Monitor budgets, care records, and compliance systems with attention to detail

  • Foster strong links with families, professionals, and the local community
