Summary

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Up to £29,000



This Nursery Practitioner role is based in a beautifully converted barn nursery, offering a calm, engaging space for children and a well-structured environment for experienced early years professionals. The nursery holds an Outstanding Ofsted rating and is suited to a Level 3 qualified practitioner who is confident in delivering high-quality care and learning, and values consistency, routine, and professional standards.



Before you apply:



  • You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential

  • You must be able to work full-time hours (40 or 42.5 hours per week)

  • Salary: Up to £29,000 per year (depending on hours and experience)

What you’ll need:



  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)

  • Proven experience as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting

  • Strong understanding of EYFS and child development

  • Ability to work confidently as part of a team and independently



What you’ll do:



  • Deliver high-quality early years care and education in line with EYFS

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support development

  • Monitor and record children’s progress and learning outcomes

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment

  • Work closely with colleagues and parents to support each child’s needs

  • Follow safeguarding and compliance procedures at all times
