Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding manufacturer based in Lopen. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operative to join a friendly production team in a clean, organised, and supportive working environment.

Key Duties:
  • Operate production machinery following full training.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Complete all shift paperwork accurately.
  • Carry out routine product inspections and quality checks.
  • Report machinery faults or safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation.
Requirements:
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
