Summary
About this Role
You’ll motivate and guide learners to achieve their apprenticeships, offering clear assessment guidance, consistent decisions and constructive feedback that supports their maths, English and professional skills. You’ll plan and manage assessments in line with quality standards, contribute to progress reviews and work closely with colleagues to maintain high‑quality provision. You’ll build strong employer relationships to support apprenticeship growth, commercial training and effective communication. You’ll also engage in curriculum and programme development while contributing to recruitment, retention and achievement targets. Ongoing professional development and flexibility to take on additional duties will ensure you continue to deliver an excellent learner experience.
About You
- A recognised Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Electrical Installation or a closely related discipline
- Relevant industry experience in electrical installation and/or maintenance.
- A recognised assessing qualification (e.g. CAVA, A1) or willingness to work towards within a specified timeframe.
- Strong working knowledge of the Installation and Maintenance Electrician Apprenticeship Standard.
- Understanding of current industry regulations, including BS 7671 Wiring Regulations.
