You’ll plan engaging lessons that build learners’ confidence and independence, creating a safe and respectful classroom. You’ll link engineering skills to real‑world contexts, assess work fairly and give helpful feedback. You’ll support individual learning needs, work closely with colleagues and employers, promote the College at events, and follow all Health & Safety requirements.
About You
- Current engineering knowledge relevant to the teaching context
- HND or Degree in a related engineering subject
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/Level 2
- Willing to complete Equality and Diversity training and Safeguarding training
