Summary

6th Form Support Lead

37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time plus 4)

£30,941 - £32,977 per annum pro rata, £27,295 - £29,091 actual per annum



We are looking to recruit a full time, term time 6th Form Support Lead (Year 2) to work with our amazing A-level students and support them to through the PD framework, conduct PD 1-2-1 sessions and develop the skills to perform academically.



This term-time role provides support to students aged 16-18 both individually and in groups with academic skills development. Working as part of a close-knit team you'll lead and support students with personal and academic target setting, drawing together the expertise of their teachers to support students in exam preparation, study skills and revision techniques. As well as deliver the centralised PD framework. Being the Support Lead for our year 2 students you will lead on UCAS applications, overseeing and coordinating the process for our A level students.



Ideally, you'll have a background in working with young people in an educational environment including providing 1-2-1 support. As a strong academic performer, qualified to Level 4 or above, you'll be well placed to ensure that our students make the progress they need.
