A well-established logistics company is seeking a Customs Compliance Administrator to join its busy team in St Albans. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or A-Level leaver looking to start a career in freight forwarding and customs compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing customs documentation
• Processing customer orders and creating job tickets
• Monitoring transit documents and liaising with EU agents
• Ensuring accurate data entry, costing and agent selection
• Handling queries and supporting the compliance team
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good IT skills (including Excel)
• Organised, proactive and team-focused approach
Hours & Benefits:
• Mon–Fri (rotating shifts: 07:30–16:30 / 08:00–17:30)
• 1 Saturday morning every 6 weeks
• 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays
