Summary

Part Time Health & Safety Administrator
Role Overview
We are seeking a Health & Safety Administrator with prior Health and Safety experience to support the Health & Safety Manager in maintaining and improving health and safety standards across the business.
Qualifications (Preferred)
IOSH Managing Safely – preferred
NEBOSH Certificate – desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities
Support the Health & Safety Manager in the review and updating of Safe Systems of Work (SSOWs)
Assist with the development and maintenance of Risk Assessments, including Delivery Risk Assessments (DRA)
Maintain and update the incident, accident, and near‑miss reporting portal
Provide administrative and practical support for accident, incident, and near‑miss investigations
Track, update, and follow up on outstanding corrective and preventive actions
Ensure health and safety documentation is accurate, up to date, and readily available
Provide general administrative support for Health and Safety activities as required. Additional administrative duties may be assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the business.
Skills & Experience
Basic knowledge of Health & Safety principles and legislation
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Ability to work accurately with documentation and data
Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving outstanding actions
