As our Director of Teaching and Learning for English, you will be at the forefront of driving consistent, direct, efficient and effective teaching across the department – modelling excellence, coaching colleagues, shaping curriculum delivery and ensuring every lesson reflects clarity, ambition and impact. This is a powerful leadership role designed to accelerate your professional growth while enabling you to shape and strengthen teaching practice across the English department.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional classroom practitioner to work in close partnership with the Director of English, leading the development of day to day classroom practice and helping to build a department recognised for challenge, precision and high expectations. You will play a key role in delivering teaching that is direct, efficient, ambitious and deeply rooted in our trust’s commitment to inclusion and high standards.
