Summary
Copford ward is a 21 bedded medical ward supporting patients from aged 16 upwards. We are seeking an inspirational and visible leader to support patients that have complex health needs. The ward is supported by a team of experienced band 6 deputy sisters who have fully adopted team work to ensure the best patient outcomes.

You will be a dynamic, motivated and committed individual and will be a role model to the team. You will ensure that the delivery of a high standard of care is paramount.
