Summary
This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape and influence learning, leadership development, onboarding, engagement, and organisational capability across OneMedical Group. You will partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify development opportunities, implement modern and scalable learning solutions, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and delivering operationally a hands-on L&D professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and creating meaningful learning experiences.
