This specialist position is key in actively encouraging the development of a positive Health, Safety and Environment Culture in Estates as well as simultaneously help the customer and wider DWP business meets the compliance requirements nationally. It will be critical to the continued success of the Directorate as it supports the development of the Estates Health & Safety system and continues to improve our safety culture across our portfolio.
