Join Our Client's Operational Delivery Team as an Administrative Officer - Newcastle or Exeter

Are you organised, customer-focused, and eager to develop your skills in a busy public service environment? Our client, a reputable organisation committed to delivering essential services to the public, is hiring for a friendly and dedicated Administrative Officer to join their Personal Insolvency Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in administrative support and customer service within a dynamic team.

What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the processing of applications for debt relief and claims from the public
* Responding to a wide range of customer enquiries via phone and email
* Inputting and updating information accurately on office databases and case management systems
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operational delivery
* Providing excellent customer service to members of the public and debt advice organisations

What you'll bring:
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and accuracy
* Ability to work well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and support for colleagues
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
* A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service

Additional details:
* Location: Newcastle or Exeter
* Salary: £13.86 per hour from day one
* Working hours: Three 7.30-hour days and one 7-hour day per week, with some flexibility
* Attendance: Approximately 60% office presence (3 days), with full-time office attendance required for the first two weeks
* Contract: Ongoing
