- Maintaining meticulous records, tracking student progress, and regularly communicating with families to provide comprehensive updates on their child's development.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based teaching methods, technologies, and resources in the field of special education.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our client's SEN programmes through innovative ideas, constructive feedback, and active participation in professional development opportunities.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Special Educational Needs or a related field.
- A valid teaching certification or license, recognised in the UK.
- Extensive experience (a minimum of 3 years) working as an SEN Teacher in a similar educational setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A deep commitment to inclusive education and a proven track record of helping students with diverse needs reach their full potential.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage your time effectively.
- A passion for continuous learning and a willingness to stay informed of the latest developments in the field of special education.
