Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a Fabric Technician to join a busy facilities maintenance team based at a large commercial site in Stafford.
This is a temporary role working for a leading facilities management provider, offering consistent full-time hours and an immediate start.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Temporary
Start Date: 18th May 2026
End Date: 11th August 2026
Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour PAYE
Duties Will Include
Carrying out general fabric maintenance and repair works
Basic building maintenance duties across the site
Completing maintenance records and documentation accurately
Reporting faults and issues to management promptly
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures
Supporting the wider maintenance and engineering team where required
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience within fabric maintenance or building maintenance
Good understanding of health and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and professional approach to work
