What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering one-to-one and small-group SEMH support
• Helping students develop resilience, confidence, and learning strategies
• Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams to set and achieve EHCP targets
• Supporting classroom differentiation and managing emotional behaviour sensitively
• Leading bespoke interventions to promote emotional wellbeing and positive learning
• Acting as a key mentor and positive role model for vulnerable pupils
