Summary
Delivery of access targets across the Division - Delivery of efficient and effective patient care systems whichmatch best practice guidance. - Delivery of related policies and procedures - Compliance with legislation in relation to risk management andhealth and safety - Responsibility for leading audit and accreditations with externalauditors - Adherence to the complaints procedures so that complaints aremanaged within agreed time frames - Investigation of untoward incidents and complaints - Development of action plans resulting from investigations of incidents and complaints - Openness to public scrutiny - Management of the clinical teams expectations and developmentneeds - Management of change in a complex environment across multi agencies and multi-cultures - Balancing competing departmental and Trust priorities - Review of innovative ideas and measurement in terms of effort vimpact and prioritisation of workload - Management of an unpredictable workload in a flexible way - Management of staff, including disciplinary and grievanceprocedures - Recruitment and staff development - Ability to think laterally and creatively to develop innovative plans and identify new business opportunities, commercial acumen. - Ability to use quantitative and qualitative information to stimulateperformance improvement and provide assurance on dataintegrity.
