Summary
The post holder will: Act as a role model to colleagues, always seeking to maintain the highest standards of professionalism. Provide expert clinical holistic assessment and evidence based pro-active and reactive interventions to support patients and their carers to achieve maximum health, wellbeing and independence Provide day to day clinical leadership, clinical support and clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapy (OT) staff countywide working within the Reablement service working in collaboration with the wider Reablement leadership team to provide a seamless service right across the patient pathway. Provide clinical leadership, coordination and develop the provision of an effective and efficient Reablement service for patients, ensuring consistency of Occupational Therapy provision across the service. Lead on the development and education of Occupational Therapists, health care professionals, Occupational Therapy students, carers and assistants in Occupational Therapy management.
