We are looking for a dedicated Line Manager to oversee daily operations and supervise staff. The ideal candidate will ensure high service standards, manage driver performance, and maintain smooth operational workflows. The main Key Responsibilities for this role are:
Lead, supervise, and support a team to meet departmental and company objectives
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, appraisals, and performance reviews
Ensure operational processes are followed and continuously improved
Manage workloads, schedules, and resource allocation effectively
