What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering tailored 1:1 and small group interventions in science subjects
• Supporting students with a range of academic abilities to achieve ambitious goals
• Collaborating with science teachers to design engaging materials and experiments
• Tracking progress meticulously to provide real-time feedback
• Supporting students with SEND, English as an additional language, or additional needs
• Helping organise STEM enrichment projects, competitions, and clubs
