We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and skilled teacher to join our Morley Primary Academy teaching staff on a permanent full-time basis from September 2026.
The role will involve teaching in a Key Stage 1 class of mixed Year 1 and Year 2 pupils. We are seeking a teacher in the early stages of their career, ideally with up to three years’ experience.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have high aspirations and high expectations of all children’s learning and behaviour
- Have a positive attitude and will share our Trust vision, enthusiasm and commitment to improve the pupil’s life chances
- Establish good working relationships with colleagues and pupils, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Have up to three years’ experience in primary school teaching
- Have excellent communication, verbally and in writing, including with parents.
- Evidence high quality teaching and reflective practice
- Have a supportive attitude towards the ethos and values promoted within our Christian school
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with willingness to support the wider life of the school
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
