- Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure the equipment is in optimal working condition.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist with other site duties as required to support project objectives.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) or NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) certification for skidsteer operation.
- Proven experience operating skidsteer machinery in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction and machinery operation.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks as needed.
Day-to-Day
- Conduct pre-operational checks on the skidsteer to ensure it is safe and ready for use.
- Operate the skidsteer to move materials, clear debris, and perform other site-specific tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate with site supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues for timely resolution.
