Summary
CNC Miller - Redditch
A well-established machining company in Redditch is looking for a CNC Miller to join their team. This is a permanent role with good pay depending on experience, plus overtime available.
What you'll be doing:
- Programming, setting, and running CNC milling machines (horizontal & vertical)
- Working with Fanuc controls
- Creating and editing programs using Esprit CAD/CAM (or similar)
- Carrying out basic machine maintenance
- Looking for ways to improve cycle times and reduce costs
- Working with the team to improve processes
- Making high-quality parts to tight measurements
- Checking parts meet customer standards
What we're looking for:
- Experience in CNC milling (essential)
- Experience using Fanuc controls
- Experience with machines like Doosan, Haas, or Matsuura
- Ability to program, set, and operate machines
- Good attention to detail
- Team player with a good work ethic
- Flexible and willing to help meet deadlines
