The Role
£34,434 to £38,0220, pay award pending
Bolton Libraries, Museums and Culture are recruiting a Project Officer who will support senior leadership on library, museum and cultural projects. Day to day you will help run meetings, events, and programmes, solve issues as they come up, and produce clear reports and briefings. You will work with senior leadership on plans and targets, manage budgets, and make sure all key responsibilities and requirements are met.
This is a varied role that involves balancing the needs of multiple projects and partners simultaneously, including capital projects, cultural programmes, external funders, and colleagues across various Bolton Council departments.
About You
Are you highly organised, great at planning, tracking progress, and keeping everything on schedule? Equally, are you confident to build relationships with partners, funders and supporters. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your project management and relationship skills in a creative environment.
We are looking for someone who can analyse data to guide decisions, keep stakeholders informed, and build strong relationships with those who will develop our service and help us achieve our aims.
