We are looking to appoint a Supply Chain Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract initially to cover a colleagues maternity
leave. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing stock levels for our depots across the country.

Day to Day

* Monitor and manage our stock levels for depots nationwide.
* Monitor the availability of fuel products from portfolio of suppliers
* Secure additional supply channels when required due to demand
* Produce data to support the Supply Chain Manager in providing uninterrupted supply of fuel products to meet the business
requirements based on seasonal demands
* Raise and communicate orders with suppliers and 3rd party logistics providers.
* Provide performance data for both bulk supply and our 3PL partners
* Analyse our pricing data to ensure we’re procuring fuel at the best possible price.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support the Supply Chain Manager in forecasting monthly demand.
* Coordinate and share supply chain KPIs.
* Effectively communicate our supply position with internal stakeholders.




What will you bring?

* Experience within supply chain, procurement or a related field
* Organised, self-motivated, able to work alone and as part of a team.
* Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
* High attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong proficiency in Excel,Powerpoint and Word
* Analytical mindset toidentifyand resolve supply issues.
* Proactive approach to problem solving.
* Proficient in negotiation and conflict management
