We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our client’s care home team in Coatbridge, Lanarkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in residents’ lives.
About the Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care. You will be responsible for assessing residents’ needs, developing and reviewing care plans, administering medication, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, personalised nursing care in line with individual care plans
Monitor and assess residents’ health, reporting any changes promptly
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional guidelines
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation
Provide support and reassurance to residents and their families
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external healthcare professionals
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What We’re Looking For
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
Strong clinical and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A compassionate, resident-focused approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous care home or similar experience is desirable
