We're looking for a Building Services Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality service delivery. This role will require the successful candidate to obtain Security Clearance (SC) to work on this contract.
Role Responsibilities
-Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites.
-Complete electrical installations, upgrades, and minor works to ensure compliance with safety standards.
-Maintain accurate compliance records and complete all required documentation.
-Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
-Work independently and collaboratively to deliver planned and remedial works within agreed timeframes, adhering to all Health & Safety procedures.
Required QualificationsApplicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
-Background in facilities management or mobile maintenance environments.
-Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent).
-18th Edition Wiring Regulations (City & Guilds 2382).
-Inspection & Testing qualification (e.g. City & Guilds 2391).
-Self‑motivated, well‑organised, and keen to develop additional skills.
-Professional, respectful, and confident in raising safety concerns.
-Ability to successfully complete SC clearance.
