Position: Female Care Coordinator (Domiciliary Care)
Location: Knowsley Branch – WA9 3EZ
⏰ Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
(On‑call and occasional weekend work required)

Role Overview
The Care Coordinator is responsible for the effective coordination of domiciliary care services, ensuring service users receive high‑quality, compliant care while supporting care staff and maintaining operational efficiency.
Essential Criteria
Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement)
Proven experience in a domiciliary care coordination or senior care role
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of WA9 3EZ
Full UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle
Work‑related car insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work flexibly, including on‑call duties and weekends
Willingness to provide emergency hands‑on care when required
Satisfactory DBS and employment checks
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate care packages and manage staff rotas
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, policies, and procedures
Support care staff through supervision and guidance
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Respond to emergencies and operational issues as required
