Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix plumbing works on residential properties
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults, including leaks, blockages and component failures
- Installing, maintaining and repairing pipework, sanitaryware, hot and cold water systems
- Completing repair and maintenance works in kitchens, bathrooms and communal areas
- Working in occupied homes, ensuring minimal disruption and excellent customer service
- Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Complying with health and safety requirements, policies and procedures
- Accurately completing job records and reporting follow‑up works as required
