Summary
English Teacher (KS3 & KS4)
Location: Hertford
Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join a supportive school team in Hertford. This is an immediate start position teaching English across KS3 and KS4.
Role Overview:
• Deliver engaging English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
• Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum requirements
• Support student progress and attainment
• Contribute positively to the wider school environment
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
• Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 level
• Enhanced DBS (must be up to date)
• Right to work in the UK
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
Contract Details:
• Position runs through to at least July
• Extension available from September for the right candidate
• Pay is negotiable, starting from £170 per day +, depending on experience
