What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering tailored 1:1 and small group interventions for learners with autism spectrum disorder
• Supporting class teachers in adapting learning materials and approaches
• Implementing individual EHCP targets and behaviour management plans
• Fostering social, emotional, and communication skills development
• Communicating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies
• Monitoring and tracking pupil progress with clarity and attention to detail
• Promoting inclusion, wellbeing, and confidence for every learner
