Summary
-The post holder will be working independently, with support from colleagues, to help reduce the waiting list by carrying out DIEP flap breast reconstruction and adjunctive breast reconstruction procedures. -The post holder will also provide support for bilateral DIEP flap breast reconstructions -The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to departmental teaching and support resident with projects leading to publications and presentations. Funding is available for approved study leave as defined in the Trust study leave policy. -The post holders will be expected to participate in the OncoPlastic MDT and departmental consultant meetings and partake in audits, quality improvement projects and clinical governance, as well as continuing professional development. -The on-all duties are one in eleven at Queen Elizabeth Hospital
