We are looking for someone who:
- Is compassionate, patient, and understanding
- Has experience working with children (SEND experience is desirable but not essential)
- Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team
- Is flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
- Is committed to supporting every child to succeed
