Summary
We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealer based in Nottingham. The ideal Vehicle Technician will be a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a position that offers not only competitive pay but also a supportive work environment and realistic career progression.

Duties:
- Diagnose and repair faults on a variety of vehicles, including electrical and mechanical systems
- Conduct routine servicing and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Record video health checks on vehicles, clearly communicating additional work needed to customers
- Ensure all repairs and servicing are completed within agreed timescales and to a high standard
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times
- Engage in continuous professional development through regular training sessions
Requirements for the Vehicle Technician position:
- Level 3 NVQ / City and Guilds qualification, or equivalent
- Experience of at least 3 years as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership environment
- Desired: Electric Vehicle (EV) qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to meet demanding work deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
