SaiGuru London – World Shirdi Sai Baba Organisation – a Hindu religious-based organisation established in 2010, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Charity Administrator to join our team.
This is a front-facing role based within a temple environment, requiring regular interaction with the public. We are looking for someone who is warm, polite, and committed to providing a welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and interact with visitors in a polite and respectful manner
• Support daily administrative and operational routines within the temple
• Maintain a calm, clean, and organised environment
• Handle basic transactions (till experience desirable)
• Take initiative to improve service quality and visitor experience
• Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
• Assist with and potentially lead small projects
• Work collaboratively with the team in a harmonious manner
Requirements
• Friendly, patient, and approachable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, responsible, and proactive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities
• Previous admin or customer-facing experience is desirable
• Till-handling experience is an advantage
