Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a position as a System Support Officer within the Humberwide Ophthalmology department which is part of the Head and Neck Care Group.

This position will be a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring System Support Officer who is motivated, forward-thinking and dynamic

The postholder willprovidehigh quality system support and support the maintenance and development to the levels of the Ophthalmology Department.



Primarily focussed on the end user, including day to day troubleshooting, projects involving information technology and diagnostic equipment, provide ad-hoc advice and training on the use of information technology and general tasks supporting the Technical and Data Manager.



This role involves face to face work as the first line support for the Ophthalmology Outpatients, Pre-assessment, Day Case, Theatre and Ward areas.
