An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated individual to join the Specialist Weight Management Service, providing high‑quality administrative support to our team.
We are seeking a well‑organised team player with excellent communication skills and a can do attitude, who thrives in a busy, challenging yet rewarding environment.
In this role, you will manage letter queues, shared email inboxes, including responding to or circulating voicemail messages, requesting information from GP’s / other hospitals, and act as a key point of contact for day‑to‑day enquiries. You will manage work queues, making sure follow up appointments are booked in a timely manner. You will be involved in making sure our departments Advice and Guidance targets are met. The postholder will also provide general administrative support across the service to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
This is a hybrid role, incorporating a combination of onsite and home working.
To deliver and maintain a professional service to the Weight Management Service within the Wolfson Diabetes & Endocrine Clinic and to all its users, relatives and colleagues.
