In this role, you’ll support vulnerable people in your local community, helping them to live safely and independently at home. You’ll need to be compassionate, dependable, and motivated by making a positive impact on others’ lives.
No previous experience is required—full training and ongoing support will be provided. If you have a kind nature and a genuine desire to help others, we’d love to hear from you
What will you receive?
Week Day Salary: Starting from £13.85 per hour
Weekend Salary: Starting from £14.50 per hour
£19.88 per hour on bank holidays
28 days holiday (pro rata)
‘Welcome to Right at Home’ Comprehensive Induction training
Ongoing Training and Development, including optional Level 2 and 3 Diplomas in Health and Social Care (Adults)
Paid eLearning and in-person Care Certificate training
£200 Refer a Friend Scheme

Team Events – Quarterly coffee mornings, staff socials, and charity activities
Working Hours: Weekday availability required between 7:00am and 12pm Monday to Friday, with the option to take on additional shifts if desired
What will you be doing?
Personal care and hygiene support
Medication administration
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Companionship and emotional support
Grocery shopping and errands
Encouraging and supporting clients to engage in daily activities
Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings
What do you need?
Be available to work between the hours of 7am-12pm, Monday to Friday
Attitude: A genuine passion for helping others, with a positive and reliable approach to teamwork
Willingness to Learn: Full training is provided, including a free enhanced DBS check, induction, and ongoing support
