Location: West Yorkshire
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing
About the Role
We are working with a well‑established engineering company that designs and builds high‑quality process systems for a range of regulated industries. They are now looking to add an experienced Coded Pipe Fitter to their growing team.
This is a varied role that combines workshop-based fabrication with some site work. You’ll be involved in building specialist stainless steel pipework systems where accuracy, finish, and quality are important. The work is not repetitive and no two projects are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
Fabricating and installing stainless steel pipework (mainly 304 / 316)
Working from engineering drawings and isometrics
Carrying out TIG welding to coded standards
Using purge welding techniques to achieve clean internal welds
Assisting with the build and testing of pre‑assembled pipework and skid systems
Supporting on-site installation and final connections when required
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Pipe Fitter working with stainless steel systems
TIG welding experience, ideally coded (or able to pass a coding test)
Background in hygienic or high‑quality pipework environments
Confidence reading and working from technical drawings
A strong focus on quality, accuracy, and safe working practices
Willingness to work both in the workshop and occasionally on site
What’s on Offer
Interesting, project‑based work with a respected engineering business
A clean, well‑equipped workshop environment
Long‑term, stable employment with consistent workloads
Competitive pay rates with overtime available
A supportive team and professional working culture
How to Apply
