The carer will visit the client's home and undertake the following tasks:
• Shopping for groceries and preparing meals
• Observing the client eating meals
• Household tasks including cleaning and laundry
• Driving the client to appointments

MEDICAL CONDITIONS: Dementia and mild cognitive impairment (showing signs but not yet officially diagnosed)
ADDITIONAL NEEDS: The client requires meals to be prepared and observed while eating.
Work environment

The client's home is smoke-free and pet-free.
Requirements
==========================
ESSENTIAL:
• Fluent English speaker
• Valid UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
• Enhanced DBS check
• Care Certificate qualification
• Care Quality Commission (CQC) mandatory training
