- Support pupils with Autism (ASC), communication needs, and moderate to complex learning difficulties
- Help students engage positively with learning and feel secure in their environment
- Work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to deliver personalised support
- Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and independence
- Support social development and communication skills
- Assist with personal care where required, maintaining dignity and respect
- Has experience supporting children or young people with SEN or complex needs (education or care settings)
- Is confident supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviour
- Brings a calm, patient, and nurturing approach
- Builds strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Is flexible and willing to support personal care when needed
- Is genuinely committed to helping young people achieve their potential
