Summary
Area Manager – Automotive Aftersales | Up to £65k + £90k OTE + Car
Our client, a major fast fit company within the UK is on a major transformation journey — and we’re looking for an Area Manager to help lead it.
With 185 sites across the UK, this is an opportunity to step into a business that’s evolving from a traditional fast-fit model into a customer-first, aftersales-driven operation.
This role is about changing mindsets — not just hitting numbers.

Car - Company Car or £545 car allowance
Bonus- £30,000 OTE. Guaranteed 3-month bonus of £1000 per month, paid altogether on month 3 (£3000 in 3rd pay slip)

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading multiple sites, driving performance & profitability
- Moving teams from “quick turnover” to a premium customer journey
- Embedding processes like vehicle health checks & forward planning (MOT/service)
- Coaching teams to identify opportunity without hard selling
- Influencing senior leadership on future processes & improvements
What we’re looking for:
✔ Strong aftersales background (main dealer ideal)
✔ Proven multi-site leadership experience
✔ Someone who can drive change without losing people
✔ Commercially sharp but customer-focused
✔ Hands-on leader who leads from the front
Up to £65k basic | £90k OTE | Company Vehicle
Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
