What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering 1:1 and group behaviour interventions for students facing social, emotional, or mental health barriers
• Working closely with teaching staff and the Inclusion Team to develop personalised strategies
• Acting as a trusted mentor, role model, and advocate for vulnerable young people
• Implementing proactive solutions for de-escalating incidents and supporting sustainable positive change
• Maintaining meticulous records, analysing behaviour trends, and reporting to senior leaders
