What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering targeted mentoring for students with academic, emotional, or behavioural needs
• Planning and leading 1:1 and small group interventions
• Collaborating intensively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Monitoring and measuring pupil progress; feeding insight back to the leadership team
• Designing creative support strategies that foster pupil independence and confidence
• Championing student wellbeing and acting as a key contact for families
