Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with strong experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and CRM driven sales processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand client base
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights
Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns to support growth
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed targets
Report on sales pipeline, performance, and market insights to senior management

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales roles
Strong knowledge of sales processes and client acquisition strategies
Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and within a team

What’s on Offer
