Mon to Fri 20 hrs per week
We are currently recruiting for a good all-round Finance administrator on a temporary ongoing basis possibility for permanent role, for our client based in Grantham. The role is to support in the accounts department with finance and credit control.
Your duties as Finance administrator will be varied and will include:
• Soft credit control
• Using SAGE
• Invoice allocation, reconciliation, matching and batching.
• Sales and purchase ledger
• Maintaining the cashbook, reconciling it on a regular basis with the Company’s bank accounts
For this role you will have:
• Solid SAGE experience for invoicing
• Data entry skills
• Excellent customer service / telephone manner
• Be able to prioritise workload.
• Administration / finance experience
Hours are flexible over Mon to Fri between 8.15am – 5pm, 20 hours per week – this can be split into full days if preferred or 5 part time days.
This role would suit someone from a credit control, accounts assistant, accounts receivable, sales and purchase ledger assistant, finance assistant.
