**PERSONAL ASSISTANT REQUIRED**
**Hours based on:**
* Wednesday & Thursday 9.00 am to 3.00 pm 6hrs daily this can be slightly flexible
**Rate:**
* £12.50 per hour

**Job purpose:**
* To work with a 62 yr old lady with head injuries, must be a female.
**Work Duties may include**
**Supporting:**
With accessing social activities
With accessing the shops for personal items
With socialising and getting out for a coffee
With getting out and about in the community
**Other requirements:**
Working in a safe way and highlighting health and safety concerns
Assisting with management of employers health risks
Establish and maintain effective communication
Maintaining confidentiality
Full Clean license and access to motor vehicle preferable ( Mileage paid )
**Location and additional information:**
Within the employers home in BS36 and the local area
5.6 weeks of annual leave per year
Friendly and flexible employer
