Summary
Domiciliary Care Worker Chepstow, £14-15 per hour (including travelling between stops)
Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Domiciliary Care Worker (walkers and drivers) to join our team in Chepstow, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting others, we want to hear from you. The role involves travelling to multiple client locations, and we are pleased to offer pay for travel time between stops, in addition to time spent at clients' homes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Work flexibly to meet the changing needs of our clients, including evenings and weekends
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with our team to deliver a seamless and comprehensive care service
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 6 months' UK-based care experience, preferably in a domiciliary care setting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care
Willingness to undergo training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
For drivers - access to a vehicle, holding business insurance or willing to obtain it
