The Advice Service provides a range of services to NHS organisations and other bodies in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and beyond. All Advice service functions contribute to the delivery of NHS Resolutions strategy, and include: Case advice providing high quality expert advice and support to healthcare organisations and practitioners on understanding, managing and resolving individual and team concerns, including proactively monitoring effectiveness of our advice Assessments and other interventions providing enhanced, specialist interventions to resolve complex performance and inter-relational concerns at individual and team level. Education, evaluation, research and insights - identifying and sharing good practice to support improvements to the handling of performance concerns and increase capacity and capability at a local level, as well as supporting our own learning and continuous improvement. NHS Resolution is a not-for-profit arms length of the NHS working for health care providers to resolve claims fairly and to share learning across the NHS and beyond. Location This is a homeworking role with travel expected across the UK including England, Wales and Northern Ireland and to our offices in London and Leeds. Our main London office is located on the 8th Floor, 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4PU. There are links to the office via DLR and tube and the closest stations are Canary Wharf DLR station and Canary Wharf station on the jubilee line. We also have an office in central Leeds at Arena Point, Merrion Way, Leeds, LS2 8PA. Applicants must have extensive experience in a healthcare setting, with a professional background in one or more of the following areas: medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, employment law, defence, professional membership, regulatory bodies, or HR. Applicants should possess an in-depth understanding and have experience of involvement in the management of performance concerns utilising the Maintaining High Professional Standards (MHPS) regulatory framework, and how it applies in managing performance concerns.
