The Person:
- Strong Leadership skills
- Previous bar or hospitality supervisory/managerial experience
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Good knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails
- Positive, team-focused and guest-focused approach
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
The Role:
- Manage daily bar operations to deliver exceptional guest service
- Lead, train and develop the Bar Team
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock management, and drink presentation
- Drive sales to maximise revenue and meet financial targets
- Conduct monthly stock takes and manager ordering
- Handle guest queries professionally and suppoty cotinuous improvement
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and other departments
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and company policies
